Description of slum in his novel NAVI or in novelette PANCHOJANNYA is so lively because that’s the place he used to stay in childhood.  His strong message regarding environment has been conveyed through short story JAHARA TOMAR BISAYCHE BAYU under a lucid packaging.

Short stories or Novelette on Science fiction is like cakewalking to him.In the arena of science fiction, he appears to be a future teller. Today people even get married to Robot. This was told by him almost two decade back in his signature short story CONTRACT NUMBER 811. Who knows, tomorrow people may generate their own food in their own body by photosynthesis  as aspired in his short story SALOK SANGSLESH.

To become a literary personality, was never his dream. Since childhood he was only loyal to physics and mathematics and nothing else. Through different convolutes of life he could hold degree of graduation in Mathematics from Jadavpur University as well as in Engineering from Jadavpur University. Now he is member of Board of Studies, and also visits the University as external examiner, along with his full time engineering profession in a consultancy organisation.

His formal debut as writer emerged with publication of his first Novel titled NANDIN, followed by number of short stories collection (like DU DOZON GALPO, ARO DU DOZON), novel  (like NAVI ), novelettes (like KENCHO, AGYASTHA YATRA, INSALLAH, MAHABHARAT,NMKATHI, PANCHAJANNYA) and he also is columnist for Bangla newspaper. Even after being busy with literary works, he never forgot his first love physics. Recently framed a book of 550 pages on Physics & Electronics. Subject of different standard and varied topic are assembled here and thus name of the book is ASSORTED NOTES. Moreover, he still manages time to associate with schools and social welfare organizations.   

He was born in a middle class family in early third quarter of last century and happy with the shelter of his mom.
